The Bisceglie Municipal Police can authorize transit in the Bisceglie ZTL, as an exception to existing bans, through a temporary transit permit, upon submission to the Local Police office of a duly justified application.

Permitted vehicles
The ban on transit in the Bisceglie ZTL applies to every type of vehicle, and therefore mopeds and motorcycles may not enter unless expressly authorized.

Disabled access
Vehicles used by or serving holders of a Disabled Persons' Permit may circulate in the Bisceglie ZTL.
