Palma Di Montechiaro ZTL

Transit and parking in the Palma di Montechiaro ZTL in the hamlet of Marina di Campo is allowed for a period of two hours, according to the terms indicated from time to time on the permit, which may be issued for
a) Loading/unloading of heavy or bulky items, perishable goods;
b) transport of persons with temporary impaired mobility;
c) sales representatives with heavy or bulky sample cases;
d) companies granted a concession in the ZTL for works or removals
e) access to a private parking space to which the applicant has temporary access (demonstrable by written document);
f) temporary public utility services;
g) events, special occasions;
h) temporary fulfillment of the requirements for the issuance of permanent permits; The request for the permit must be submitted on the appropriate stamped application form, to which must be attached:
1. Request - Self-declaration in lieu of a notarial deed, describing and documenting the need for transit and/or parking in the ZTL, indicating the vehicle's details and license plate;
2. Copy of a valid identity document;
3. Copy of the vehicle's registration document;
4. Copy of the driving license;
5. Receipt of payment of processing fee of €5.00;
The applicant must submit the request to the Municipal Police Corps at least five days in advance, describing the need for access to the ZTL, attaching the appropriate documentation mentioned above
The Office, having verified that the requirements are met, issues the permit for the time strictly necessary to carry out the activities and for a maximum of two hours.
Only one license plate number may be entered on each permit.
