Permits can be purchased at the following Infomobility desks:
- Largo Torello de Strada, 11 (DUC - level -1), Monday to Saturday from 08:15 to 17:30, Saturday from 08:15 to 13:30;
- viale Mentana, 29, Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 13:00 and from 14:00 to 17:00;
- Via del Taglio, 8, Monday to Saturday from 08:15 to 20:00;
- Parma Punto Bici, Viale Toschi 2, Sundays only from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 14:30 to 19:30. In January and February, on Sundays from 10:00 to 18:00.

Permits consist of tickets to be validated by scratching off the boxes indicating the year, month, day, hour and minutes corresponding to entry into the ZTL. The vehicle's plate number must also be entered in the appropriate space. The permit is valid for both access and parking in the ZTL, for one hour or one day depending on the fee paid, and must be displayed on the vehicle's dashboard, clearly visible from the outside.
The cost of permits is €5.00 for a total time of 2 hours and €10.00 for the daily permit.

Permitted vehicles
The following types of vehicles may access the Parma ZTL without needing a permit:
- Emergency response, police and rescue vehicles carrying out their institutional duties;
- Bicycles
- Mopeds
- Motorcycles
Authorized subjects
The following are authorized to enter the Parma ZTL after obtaining a permit:
Disabled access
To avoid having to report the plate number every time when passing through the gate, permit holders resident in Parma or in neighbouring municipalities who travel to Parma regularly can notify Infomobility, in the manner indicated below, of up to a maximum of two plate numbers of vehicles habitually used, with which they will be able to transit freely without further formality.
- By phone at the toll-free number 800 608000, stating the permit number, the expiry date, the issuing municipality, the vehicle plate number, and the day of transit;
- By fax at 0521-1680290, stating the permit number, the expiry date, the issuing municipality and the vehicle plate number, and the day of transit;
- By online chat on the homepage of www.infomobility.pr.it
To protect the permit holder, at the time the plate numbers are associated for entry at the Parma ZTL gate, the following documents must be provided, which can be submitted using any of the contact channels just described.
Please note that this process applies only to the association of plate number/permit and not to each temporary entry into the Parma ZTL made with alternative plates to those notified.
Finally, please note that only the car displaying the disabled permit will be allowed to transit in the Parma ZTL.
Loading / unloading
The authorization for restocking activity in the Parma ZTL allows loading/unloading at any time of day, with a maximum permitted stop of 30 minutes.
