- from 00:00 to 07:30 and from 17:00 to 24:00 in the section of Via Roma between Piazza XX Settembre and Via Paolo Giacometti on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday,
- from 00:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 24:00 on Thursdays,
- on Sundays and public holidays, the transit ban will be from 00:00 to 24:00;
electronic gate no. 2 located at Piazza S.Andrea/Via Durazzo for access to the Historic Center
- from 00:00 to 07:30 and from 17:00 to 24:00 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday,

Permitted vehicles

Within the Novi Ligure ZTL, the transit of motorcycles and mopeds is not permitted unless specifically authorized.

Authorized subjects

Traffic within the Novi Ligure ZTL is generally prohibited; the following are exempt from the ban:

Disabled access

Vehicles transporting persons with limited or impaired mobility, holding the special permit, may access the Novi Ligure ZTL provided that such disabled persons report their vehicle's license plate to the municipal police command as established by the relevant managerial ordinance.

Transit that has occurred may be reported to the municipal police within the following 48 hours.

Loading / unloading

Vehicles for unloading goods (3.5 tonnes, or up to 5 tonnes with an exemption) may transit in the Novi Ligure ZTL, with parking permitted within suitable reserved spaces, from 07:30 to 10:30 on weekdays Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, and from 14:00 to 17:00 on Thursdays.
