The Felizzano ZTL is active on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, days before holidays, holidays from 20:30 to 05:00 from June 1 to September 15.

A special temporary transit permit/pass for access to the Felizzano ZTL may be granted by the Municipal Police Headquarters following a documented request.
Camera locations
Access to the Felizzano ZTL is monitored by a camera located on Via Paolo Ercole, which automatically detects entry and fines unauthorized vehicles.
Permitted vehicles
The ban on transit in the Felizzano ZTL applies to every type of vehicle, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless expressly authorized.
Authorized subjects
The following types of vehicles may be authorized to transit and park in the Felizzano ZTL:
- Residents
- doctors or veterinarians making house calls
- vehicles assigned to Law Enforcement
- tow truck for vehicle removal
- public service (water, electricity, gas, telephone, waste collection, mail, etc.), ambulance, emergency response, ASL vehicle, Cissaca;
- persons with disabilities,
- security firm
- business owner
- transport of milk, perishable food, newspapers within the ZTL
