Horario
The North ZTL is active according to the following rules:
- VIA CAPPUCCINI (section between via Aldo Moro and via Punta), VIA PUNTA (between house numbers 2 and 15), VIA LUMGOMARE KENNEDY AND VIA P. PRESBITERO (section between via Lungomare Kennedy and via San Giovanni Paolo II) from June 15 – September 15 from 20:00 to 07:00.
- VIA LUNGOMARE TERRA D'OTRANTO (section between via Ten. Eula and via P. Presbitero) AND VIA TEN. EULA from June 15 – September 15 from 20:00 to 07:00.
- VIA DE DOMINICIS AND VICO KENNEDY from June 15 – September 15, 24 hours.
- HISTORIC CENTER (including via Vittorio Emanuele, via Delle Torri and via Nicola D'Otranto, all year round 24 hours, except for via Delle Torri where validity is 24 hours during the period June 1 - September 15 and only Sundays and public holidays during the period September 16 - May 31;
- BORGOMENTE all year round, 24 hours a day
- VIA SAN FRANCESCO DI PAOLA (section between piazza De Gasperi and via Donna Caterina) AND VIA DONNA CATERINA from June 15 - September 15 from 18:00 to 07:00
- PIAZZA DE DONNO from June 15 - September 15 from 18:00 to 07:00.
- VIA XXV APRILE from June 15 - September 15 from 14:00 to 07:00.
- VIA DE DONNO from June 15 - September 15 from 18:00 to 07:00.
- VIA LUNGOMARE TERRA D'OTRANTO (section between piazza De Donno and via Ten. Eula) AND VIA IDRO from 06/01 to 09/30 of each year, from 07:00 to 14:00 ZTL, from 14:00 to 07:00 APU; from 10/01 to 05/31 of each year, from 14:00 on Saturday to 07:00 on Monday and on public holidays, APU.
- VIA C. COLOMBO: all year round, from 07:00 to 14:00 ZTL, from 14:00 to 07:00 APU.

In cases where it becomes necessary to access one of the limited traffic zones of Otranto (for example for weddings, up to a maximum of three vehicles, funerals, house removals, photo/film shoots, repairs, events, journalistic activities etc.), the interested party must request the issuance of a provisional permit by sending/submitting an appropriate advance notice to the Local Police Command.
Where it was not possible to submit the advance request, the interested parties must send a notice to the Local Police Command within 48 hours of entry, attaching suitable supporting documentation, aimed at halting the penalty procedure.

Holders of a disabled permit may access the Otranto ZTL.
If access occurred without authorization, it is possible to regularize the situation by filling out the attached form and sending it within 48 hours of entry to the Otranto Municipal Police Command via:
- hand delivery at the Office counter located in Otranto at via 800 Martiri,
- Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 12:00
- Tuesday from 16:30 to 19:00; −
