In exceptional cases of particular and proven need, a request for an exemption authorization for transit may be submitted to the Local Police Commander, with a copy to the Mayor. After carrying out the necessary checks, the Local Police Commander may authorize transit. To obtain the transit authorization, the applicant must still submit a specific application for the vehicle to be added to the lists of authorized vehicles, attaching the documentation and/or certification required in relation to the various types of vehicles.

Permitted vehicles
In the ZTL, circulation of all motor vehicles is prohibited, with the exception of bicycles, mopeds and motorcycles.

Disabled persons may access the ZTL; for access arrangements, it is recommended to contact the municipal police of Spino d'Adda.
