Permitted vehicles
The access ban for the Romano in Lombardia ZTL applies to all types of vehicles, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot access unless expressly authorized.
Authorized subjects
In addition to the vehicles required by law, the following categories of vehicles may permanently access the Romano in Lombardia ZTL:
- vehicles of residents and those domiciled there, permitted to TRANSIT solely to access private courtyards and garages (PARKING PERMITTED ONLY IN PRIVATE AREAS, subject to verification of actual availability of the same by title of ownership, lease, etc.). Domicile status must be evidenced by a lease agreement or other adequate documentation.
- vehicles owned by holders/legal representatives of craft, commercial, professional and association activities whose place of business is within the ZTL;
- vehicles serving each family unit without its own vehicle, residing within the ZTL and consisting exclusively of persons over 65 years of age.
