For special needs (events, moving house, etc.) those concerned must provide the vehicle details using the appropriate form available on the Municipality of Lodi website, at the Traffic Office, or at the Local Police Command. Where a particular need to enter arises with no time to communicate the plate number, entry may be self-certified within 48 hours by sending the appropriate form by fax, available on the Municipality of Lodi website, at the Traffic Office, or at the Local Police Command, attaching any supporting documentation. Under current regulations, the Command reserves the right to verify the truthfulness of the declarations and, if applicable, to pursue criminal proceedings.

The following categories of people may access with a permit issued by the Municipality:

vehicles belonging to residents or those domiciled within the ZTL
Holders of maintenance and/or repair activities for urgent interventions
owners and/or partners of commercial businesses located in the ZTL
owners of firms, companies, associations carrying out activities that require transit in the ZTL

Disabled access

Vehicles serving people; disabled persons holding the appropriate permit may enter the Lodi ZTL after reporting the plate number to the dedicated toll-free number 800.300.140, active Monday to Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM and 2:00 PM-6:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM-1:00 PM.
