The Imperia Parasio ZTL is active every day:
- from 1:00 at night to 8:00 in the morning;
- from 10:00 to 15:00;
- from 17:00 to 19:00.
The Imperia Borgo Marina ZTL is active every day, 24 hours a day, from May 1st to September 30th of each year

The Imperia Municipal Police may authorize temporary transit and parking in the Imperia ZTL, with special precautions and obligations, for those who request it in cases where activities must be carried out that do not allow for alternatives to parking outside the Imperia ZTL.

Permitted vehicles
The following categories of vehicles may not access the Borgo Marina ZTL unless expressly authorized:
- cars
- motor vehicles
- mopeds
- cars
- vehicles over 2.5 t
- vehicles over 7 m
Authorized subjects
The following categories of persons may be authorized to access the Imperia Borgo Marina ZTL:
- vehicles serving disabled persons
- police, ambulances, fire brigade (only on urgent emergency service)
- residents
- public services
- maintenance workers and couriers
Disabled access
Transit and parking of vehicles serving persons with impaired or limited mobility holding the relevant permit under art. 188 of the Highway Code in the Imperia ZTL are permitted during the validity period of the permit.
