Camera locations
There is a camera protecting the Carrara ZTL positioned at the intersection of Via Santa Maria and Via Loris Giorgi.
Permitted vehicles
There is no differentiation between types of vehicles authorized to enter the Carrara ZTL, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless authorized.
Authorized subjects
The following are authorized to enter the Carrara ZTL:
Disabled access
The orange permit issued to people with limited or impaired mobility allows vehicles serving such people to park freely in the ZSC, so it is not necessary to request the permit.
In the Carrara ZTL/APU:
- for occasional transits it is necessary to report, within 48 hours following access, the required data (first and last name, license plate, disabled permit number and expiry) to the citizen's office, in person or by calling no. 0585/775028 as indicated on the road signage present at the ZTL/APU gate.
- for frequent transits it is possible to request a free permit at the citizen's office, which will authorize a single vehicle for access, transit and parking in the permitted places, for the entire validity period of the disabled permit, with the possibility of renewal upon expiry.
