Terni ZTL

The camera-monitored access points to the Terni ZTL connected to the electronic system database are on:

The access ban for the Terni ZTL applies to all cars and motorcycles regarding the pedestrian zone.

As in the Pedestrian Zone, in the Terni ZTL access is granted to eligible parties only if they have vehicles fitted with a catalytic converter, or diesel vehicles registered under EC directives no. 91/441 or later, and to LPG- or methane-powered vehicles homologated by the Civil Motor Vehicle Authority (residents' vehicles, diplomatic corps vehicles, and rescue/emergency vehicles are exempt).

Transit in the Terni ZTL is therefore permitted for:

• parking space owners
• sales agents
• doctors
• shopkeepers
• craftsmen
• freight transport
• public bodies/journalists
• technology services

If the certificate issued is of the PERMANENT type, the user only has to pay a fee of €5.16.
If the certificate is of the TEMPORARY type, the user must pay a fee of €5.16 and obtain 2 revenue stamps of €14.62 each.
