Access to the Lecco ZTL is permitted only to bicycles.

The following may also access the Lecco ZTL without a permit:

• urban public transport buses,
• taxis,
• ambulances,
• Fire Brigade vehicles,
• Police Service vehicles
• emergency response vehicles,
• vehicles serving persons with disabilities - holding the appropriate permit,
• vehicles of the Municipal, Provincial, Regional Administration
• vehicles of public service management bodies (Lario Reti Holding Spa, Telecom Spa, Enel, Snam, Post and Telecommunications, etc.) for documented service needs concerning Limited Traffic roads, equipped with the regulatory distinguishing permits of the entity they belong to.

The following categories of people may access the Lecco ZTL with a permit issued by the municipality, using the checkpoint and route described in the authorization:

Vehicles serving disabled persons holding the appropriate permit may enter the Lecco ZTL after reporting the plate number to the Lecco local police command.

The necessary loading/unloading operations and supply deliveries for commercial businesses located within the Lecco ZTL may be carried out according to the following rules:

In order to access the ZTL and pedestrian areas, a valid authorization is always required.
