If the requirements for obtaining the PASS are not met, in case of extraordinary needs, the person concerned can request a temporary transit/parking permit in the Sestri Levante ZTL, for a maximum of 72 hours, by completing a self-certification with the Municipal Police Headquarters. In case of need and urgency, the user will be allowed to transit/park in the ZTL without prior notification provided that, within 48 hours, they submit to the Municipal Police Headquarters, by fax or in person, a self-certification specifying the reason for the transit/parking.

The access ban for the Sestri Levante ZTL applies to all motor vehicles and motorcycles.
Εξουσιοδοτημένα πρόσωπα
Free access, circulation and parking in the Sestri Levante ZTL are permitted for the following vehicles:
- all vehicles owned by the Municipality of Sestri Levante in public utility service,
- those of the Police forces and emergency and rescue service vehicles,
- public utility vehicles, meaning those in service for water, gas, electricity and telecommunications providers,
- vehicles used in activities protecting the safety, health, environment and public safety of citizens,
- funeral service companies.
Access to the Sestri Levante ZTL is subject to authorization for vehicles used by the following categories of citizens:
