Πρόγραμμα

The ZTL was abolished on 26 July 2015

It prohibited parking and vehicle transit in the ZTL of Portogruaro, except for authorized vehicles:

on public holidays from 07:00 to 21:00.

The following are entitled to temporary transit rights in the ZTL of Portogruaro, with exemption to be requested after the fact:

Holders of a disabled permit for any vehicle in their service;
Customers of one of the two pharmacies located on Corso Martiri della Libertà during night or holiday shifts;
Vehicles serving those who, due to force majeure, found themselves in an emergency and needed to enter the ZTL (burglaries, thermal/hydraulic failures, flooding and similar);

Those who, having experienced one of the three conditions mentioned above, are authorized for temporary transit in the ZTL in question, must activate the after-the-fact exemption procedure that will lead to the exclusion of the validation of the sanction procedure triggered by the camera system against them, in the following ways:

If holders of a disabled permit, by calling the Local Police number 0421.277341 or writing to [email protected], providing their details, those of the vehicle used during transit, and the permit number;
If customers of the pharmacy during night and holiday shifts, by calling the Local Police number 0421.277341 or writing to [email protected], providing their details, those of the vehicle used during transit, and the receipt number issued by the pharmacist;
If facing an urgent situation or force majeure, by going to the Local Police Command at Piazza Castello, 1, presenting appropriate documentation proving the state of necessity and/or urgency that caused the transit

Επιτρεπόμενα οχήματα

The access ban for the ZTL of Portogruaro applies to all vehicles, and therefore motorcycles and mopeds cannot enter without a permit.

Vehicles serving persons with reduced mobility, holding the appropriate permit, are exempt without time limits from the transit ban and may park in the designated spaces or outside them, provided no danger or obstruction to traffic is created.

Before entering or after having entered in order to regularize their position, holders of a disabled permit must call the Local Police number 0421.277341 or write to [email protected], providing their details, those of the vehicle used during transit, and the permit number.
