Napoli ZTL

The Pedestrian Area of Borgo Marinari is active: every day, 24 hours a day.

The ZTL of Napoli Morelli, Filangieri, Mille is active every year from 8 December to 6 January, every Saturday, Sunday, public holiday and pre-holiday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.

The ZTL of Napoli Belledonne, Martiri, Poerio is active: every day, 24 hours a day.

The ZTL of Napoli Piazza del Gesù is active: every day, 24 hours a day.

The ZTL of Napoli Mezzocannone is active:

• Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 22:00;
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday, public holidays from 09:00 to 24:00 and from 00:00 to 02:00 the following day

The ZTL of Napoli Centro Antico is in effect from 09:00 to 17:00 every day.

The ZTL of Napoli Tarsia Pignasecca Dante is in effect from 09:00 to 18:00 every day.

The Pedestrian Area of Centro Direzionale Napoli is active: every day, 24 hours a day.

The Pedestrian Area of via dei Tribunali Napoli is active: every day, 24 hours a day.

Access to the Pedestrian Area of Borgo Marinari is monitored by 1 camera positioned at:

• Pontile Castello dell'Ovo

Access to the ZTL of Napoli Morelli, Filangieri, Mille is monitored by 1 camera positioned at:

• Via Morelli

• vico Belledonne
• via della Cavallerizza
• piazzetta Rodinò

• Piazza del Gesù

• via Mezzocannone
• via del Sole (after the Hospital entrance)

• via Grande Archivio (at via Miroballo al Pendino)
• via Duomo (at piazza Museo Filangieri)
• via Santa Sofia (at via Oronzio Costa)

• via Domenico Soriano (Urban Pedestrian Area)
• via Toledo at via dei Pellegrini towards via Pessina

A further electronic checkpoint is positioned at via Brombeis, protecting the pedestrian area, which only cars and motorcycles of residents and persons domiciled there may access, and which lies within the "Tarsia-Pignasecca-Dante" ZTL.

In the Pedestrian Area of Borgo Marinari motorcycles and mopeds may not circulate unless expressly authorized.

In the ZTL of Napoli Morelli, Filangieri, Mille motorcycles and mopeds may not circulate unless expressly authorized.

In the ZTL of Napoli Belledonne, Martiri, Poerio motorcycles and mopeds may not circulate unless expressly authorized.

In the ZTL of Napoli Piazza del Gesù motorcycles and mopeds may not circulate unless expressly authorized.

In the ZTL of Napoli Mezzocannone motorcycles and mopeds may not circulate unless expressly authorized.

In the ZTL of Napoli Centro Antico motorcycles and mopeds may circulate.

In the ZTL of Napoli Tarsia Pignasecca Dante motorcycles and mopeds may circulate, excluding the pedestrian zone of via Brombeis.

The persons who may enter the ZTLs of Napoli are:

• vehicles of residents (identifiable, in the first implementation phase of this measure, by an identification document or the vehicle registration document) only in their ZTL of residence;
• vehicles of persons domiciled there, only in their ZTL of domicile;
• vehicles of non-residents, holders of an off-street parking space, only in the ZTL where the parking space is located;
• freight transport vehicles: companies with their registered office within the ZTL; freight transport for services internal to the ZTL;
• vehicles registered to Companies and Businesses providing public services;
• vehicles for public-interest functions for particular needs requiring the use of a vehicle;
• vehicles transporting persons with serious illnesses requiring systematic therapeutic treatments who must use a vehicle to travel to medical/paramedical centers within the ZTL.

• by going in person with the completed form to the CED of the Local Police, at Via Raimondi 19.
