Plans & payments

TollTracker is purchased directly in the mobile app, through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). This makes buying and managing your plan fast and secure.

Try before you buy

When you first open the app you start in demo mode — you can explore every feature and the map before subscribing. A free trial is available at the point of purchase.

Subscribing

1. Sign in with Google or Apple (or continue anonymously and sign in later).
2. Open the Options menu → Buy subscription.
3. Choose your plan. TollTracker offers several billing periods (for example weekly, monthly and yearly). The exact plans and prices are shown in the app for your region.
4. Complete the purchase securely through Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). All features activate immediately.

Managing your subscription

1. Open the app → Options menu.
2. Choose Manage subscription.
3. You'll be taken to the store's subscription panel:
   • Android → Google Play subscriptions
   • iOS → App Store subscriptions

Cancelling

You cancel through the same store panel.

What cancelling does

Cancelling stops future payments but doesn't refund the current period. You keep access to paid features until the end of your active billing period.

Billing & invoices

• Payment methods are whatever your App Store or Google Play account supports.
• Invoices are generated automatically by Apple / Google and are available in the respective store.

Subscribed on the website before 7 Nov 2025?

TollTracker used to sell subscriptions through the website. If you subscribed before 7 November 2025, your plan was handled on the web and is managed from your website account (under Plan → Cancel subscription / Change plan). Everyone else — and all new subscribers — use the in-app flow above.

Common questions

Can I change my plan? Yes — upgrade or change it any time from the store's subscription panel.

Which payment methods are accepted? Anything supported by Google Play or the App Store.

Do I get an invoice? Yes — generated automatically by Google / Apple and available in the store.
