A special temporary transit permit/pass for access to the Varese ZTL may be granted by the Local Police Headquarters following a documented request.

Разрешени превозни средства
The ban on transit in the Varese ZTL applies to every type of vehicle, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless expressly authorized.
Упълномощени лица
The following may be authorized to transit and park in the Varese ZTL:
- vehicles owned by residents with the required permit,
- vehicles owned by those domiciled there who prove they own a second home used as a residence, with the required permit,
- vehicles displaying permits issued for assisting the sick,
- vehicles of social-health assistants holding an annual permit
- vehicles with a permit that transport infants to the private nursery school.
