Stopping and vehicle transit in the Rovigo ZTL is prohibited, except for authorized vehicles:
- on working days Monday to Friday from 21:00 to 05:00;
- Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 2:00 PM Saturday to 5:00 AM the following Monday.
The checkpoint located on Via Angeli and Via Silvestri is active every day, 24 hours a day.

The Security Sector issues temporary authorizations, with a maximum validity of 7 days, even as an exception to the limitations indicated above, for particular and documented needs.

The ban on access applies to all vehicles, and therefore motorcycles and mopeds may not access without a permit. Transit is also banned for vehicles with a total laden weight exceeding 3.5 tonnes, unless authorized by the Security Sector following a favorable opinion from the Public Works Sector.
