Pinerolo ZTL

The ZTL of Pinerolo located alongside Via Duca degli Abruzzi and Pellico is active every day, 24 hours a day.
The ZTL of Via Trento is active every day from 12:00 to 6:00 in the morning of the following day.

• Via Del Pino
• Via Duca degli Abruzzi
• Via Trento

In the ZTL of Pinerolo, motorcycles and mopeds may not circulate unless expressly authorized.

The following parties may transit in the ZTL of Pinerolo without authorization, but with the obligation to provide the Municipal Police with the vehicle's details:

• Vehicles of public institutional bodies in the performance of their service;
• Vehicles of security institutes holding prefectural authorization;
• Vehicles of concessionaires of essential public services in the performance of their service;
• Diplomatic corps cars;
• Tankers used to transport fuel;
• Service vehicles of Public Bodies;
• Taxis and hire cars with driver;
• Acea vehicles when carrying out cleaning or waste collection services;
• Municipal police vehicles of the municipalities of the Piedmont region, of civil protection and of health services (other than ambulances);
• Suppliers of goods to shops and artisans located within the ZTL of Pinerolo;
• Suppliers for takeaway sales and home delivery;
• Vehicles of companies carrying out moving operations;
• Vehicles of companies at construction sites or restoration, maintenance work, cleaning companies;
• Vehicles used for funeral transport;
• vehicles used on the occasion of weddings carrying the bride and groom;
• Vehicles used by operators working at the Curia-Bishopric (Via del Pino 57);
• Residents in the ZTL using vehicles they do not own;
• Persons staying who prove they are present in the ZTL.

Vehicles serving persons with disabilities may access the ZTL of Pinerolo in two ways:

• For occasional access by non-residents of the Municipality of Pinerolo, the day and time of transit must be reported to the Municipal Police of Pinerolo within two days of the transit having taken place, providing a copy of the permit and vehicle license plate;
• Residents of the Municipality of Pinerolo must report a maximum of 2 license plates to the Municipal Police, who will add them to the white list.

Loading/unloading operations for vehicles supplying goods to shops and artisans within the ZTL of Pinerolo are allowed from 07:00 to 09:30 and from 14:30 to 16:30, upon prior notification of the vehicle's details to the Municipal Police of Pinerolo.
