The ZTL of Nola is in force:
- from 21:00 to 05:00 the following day on Friday and Saturday of every week
- from 09:00 to 13:30 and from 18:00 to 21:30 (extendable until midnight) on every Sunday and every mid-week holiday.

Temporary authorizations may be obtained in the following cases:
- vehicles of businesses or craftspeople who must work within the ZTL of Nola
- vehicles used for funeral processions or wedding ceremonies

- Via Flora (intersection with via Principe di Napoli)
- Via San Paolino (corner of via Ottaviano Augusto)

The access ban applies to all vehicles, and therefore motorized two-wheeled vehicles may not access the ZTL of Nola without a permit.

The following categories of vehicles may access the Z.T.L., upon issuance of a permanent 0-24 authorization:
- vehicles approved for goods transport
- vehicles of market vendors holding a fixed stall license in the ZTL of Nola
