Vehicule permise
The access ban for the Reggio Calabria ZTL applies to all vehicles except bicycles, and therefore circulation is prohibited for unauthorized motorcycles and mopeds.

The following are authorized to enter the Reggio Calabria ZTL upon obtaining a permit:
- Emergency service vehicles
- Residents of the Reggio Calabria ZTL
- Charitable organizations and associations
- Private security and valuables transport companies
- Municipal offices for technical works in the ZTL
- Public utility companies for technical works in the ZTL
- Construction company work vehicles for works in the ZTL
- Moving company work vehicles for works in the ZTL
- Other parties with proven need to transit the ZTL
