The Pomigliano d'Arco ZTL is active:
- from May 1 to October 31: every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, holidays and days before holidays from 22:00 to 04:00 the following day;
- from November 1 to April 30: every Friday and days before holidays from 22:00 to 04:00 the following day.

A special temporary transit permit/pass for access to the Pomigliano d'Arco ZTL may be granted by the Municipal Police Headquarters following a documented request.

Vehicule permise
The ban on transit in the Pomigliano d'Arco ZTL applies to every type of vehicle, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless expressly authorized.
