Program
In the ZTL of Orta San Giulio, parking and vehicle transit are prohibited, except for authorized vehicles, every day from 00:00 to 24:00
The ZTL of Orta San Giulio becomes a pedestrian zone with a transit ban for every type of motor vehicle:
- from September to May:
- Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 to 20:00;
- Wednesday from 07:00 to 16:00.
- from June to August:
- Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 to 20:00;
- Saturday from 20:00 to 24:00;
- Wednesday from 07:00 to 16:00.
- Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 to 20:00;
- Wednesday from 07:00 to 16:00.
- Sunday and public holidays from 10:00 to 20:00;
- Saturday from 20:00 to 24:00;
- Wednesday from 07:00 to 16:00.

For proven needs, assessed at the sole discretion of the Municipal Police, such as: representative, institutional or journalistic services, guests of owners of private parking spaces within the ZTL of Orta San Giulio, special events/situations, wedding cars, permits may be issued for short periods; notification of the license plate must be made at least 48 hours before entering the ZTL of Orta San Giulio using the attached form.

Vehicule permise
The access ban for the ZTL of Orta San Giulio applies to all vehicles, and therefore motorcycles and mopeds cannot enter without a permit, except for Via Baiola, where they may enter even without authorization.

Vehicles serving persons with reduced mobility, holding the appropriate permit, are exempt without time limits from the transit ban in the ZTL of Orta San Giulio and may park in the designated spaces or outside them, provided no danger or obstruction to traffic is created.
