Program

The Mede ZTL is in effect from April 1 until September 30:

on weekdays from 20:00 to 5:00;
on Sundays and holidays all day.

There does not appear to be a possibility of granting provisional or temporary access to the Mede ZTL: for any needs, it is recommended to contact the Mede Municipal Police.

Vehicule permise

There is no differentiation by vehicle type authorized to access the Mede ZTL, and therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless authorized.

Persoane autorizate

Transit through the Mede ZTL is permitted for the following categories of vehicles:
a. vehicles owned by citizens resident within the Mede ZTL area who can demonstrate the availability of a private garage or private parking space;
b. vehicles assigned to the Mede Municipal Administration;
c. vehicles provided for under Article 177 of the Highway Code;
d. all vehicles assigned to law enforcement forces on duty in the Municipality of Mede bearing insignia and distinctive markings of membership, without need of authorization, and all other vehicles owned by them not bearing insignia and distinctive markings, subject to notification made before or after the transit;
e. tow trucks for vehicle removal as provided for by the Highway Code;
f. all vehicles used for public service, such as emergency response vehicles, rapid response vehicles, vehicles serving the local health authority (A.S.L.), etc., without need of any authorization if bearing identifiable symbols or logos, or otherwise subject to authorization granted before or after the transit;
g. cars used by doctors for home visits only, subject to authorization granted before or after the transit;
h. vehicles serving disabled persons, holding the special permit under D.P.R. 16.12.1992, no. 495;
i. vehicles used for the collection of municipal solid waste;
j. vehicles of companies providing urban public services (water, gas, electricity, telephone, etc.) identifiable by the company's markings, subject to authorization granted before or after the transit;
k. vehicles owned by private security firms identifiable by the company's logo;
l. vehicles belonging to the Ministry of Justice, registered to territorial public bodies bearing visible insignia and markings, and vehicles owned by military and religious authorities.
