For construction companies and other categories of users with temporary needs, it is possible to request the application for temporary access at the municipal police command using the appropriate form.

Vehicule permise
Access is also not permitted for trucks with a maximum laden mass exceeding 3.5 t.
Persoane autorizate
The following categories of people may access the ZTL of Lovere with a permit issued by the Municipality:
- residents,
- people staying there,
- property owners,
- shopkeepers,
- craftspeople,
- businesses,
- offices based in the ZTL,
- emergency services,
- healthcare professionals,
- ministers of religion,
- funeral businesses,
- disabled persons.
- persons already holding an old authorization, including by exemption
Acces persoane cu dizabilități
Vehicles serving people with disabilities equipped with the appropriate permit may enter the ZTL of Lovere upon prior communication of the plate to the municipal police command
