Lissone ZTL

• from the last Sunday of October to the last Saturday of March (standard time) from 09:30 to 18:00;
• from the last Sunday of March to the last Saturday of October (daylight saving time) from 09:00 to 19:30.

Access to the ZTL of Lissone is controlled by a checkpoint located at the start of via Sant'Antonio.

The ban on travel in the ZTL of Lissone applies to every type of vehicle, and therefore mopeds and motorbikes may not enter unless expressly authorized.
Electric vehicles may also travel in the ZTL of Lissone.

The following categories may access the ZTL of Lissone without authorization:

• hand-drawn vehicles,
• bicycles
• electrically propelled vehicles;
• Taxis and private hire vehicles with driver;
• vehicles of the State Police, the Carabinieri, the Guardia di Finanza, the Local Police, the Provincial Police, the Waterway Police, the Forestry Police and the Prison Police;
• vehicles belonging to Private Security Institutes for interventions within the ZTL;
• medical emergency vehicles marked with the appropriate symbol;
• vehicles of the ASL (Local Health Authority) or Volunteer Associations providing health, social or nursing assistance services, marked with the relevant symbol, for interventions to be carried out within the ZTL;
• vehicles of the on-call medical service marked with the appropriate symbol for interventions to be carried out within the ZTL;
• vehicles of the Fire Brigade and the Armed Forces;
• vehicles of Poste Italiane or providers of postal delivery services under the terms of Legislative Decree no. 58 of 31 March 2011 and subsequent amendments, provided they are marked with the appropriate symbol;
• Civil Protection vehicles marked with the appropriate symbol for interventions to be carried out within the ZTL;
• vehicles used for the collection of solid urban waste or for cleaning the ZTL;
• vehicles of Public Administrations marked with the appropriate symbol;
• vehicles used for work commissioned by the Municipality for road repairs, public sewerage, public facilities and public lighting, for maintenance and installation of road signage, for interventions within the ZTL; ????
• special-use vehicles fitted out for Roadside Assistance

Vehicles used by holders of a Disabled Permit (issued under art. 381 of the Highway Code Regulations) or serving them may travel in the ZTL of Lissone upon prior registration, provided the disabled person is on board.
Parking is permitted only in the spaces designated for them under art. 188 of the Highway Code.
Those concerned must report in advance the plate numbers of the vehicles used (up to 2), the permit number, the date, the municipality that issued it, and promptly report any changes to the data during the year; this is to populate and keep updated the list of vehicles recognized by the automatic number-plate recognition system.
