Program

The ZTL of Bassano del Grappa currently operates:

Monday to Friday from 00:00 to 05:30 and from 20:30 to 24:00,
on Saturdays from 00:00 to 05:30 and from 14:00 to 24:00,
on public holidays from 00:00 to 24:00.

Certain categories of vehicles are allowed, temporarily and in relation to specific needs, transit and parking according to the conditions stated in the authorization issued, subject to payment of stamp duty. The license plates of such vehicles are entered into the white list of the ZTL control center of Bassano del Grappa when the authorization is issued or following notification by the different office responsible for issuance.

Where the request for transit and parking relates to a loading/unloading need at a Municipal Administration Office, it may be submitted, in place of the person concerned, directly by the manager of the Area, who will enter all the information necessary for issuance.

Applications must be made by submitting the appropriate form completed in full and accompanied by all necessary documentation.

Vehicule permise

There is no differentiation by vehicle type for the ZTL established by the municipality of Bassano del Grappa, so mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless expressly authorized.

Persoane autorizate

The following vehicles are authorized to enter the ZTL of Bassano del Grappa:

Vehicles bearing markings or emblems that identify them as belonging to: Law Enforcement Forces, Police Bodies, Fire Brigade, ARPAV, ULSS, Civil Protection; buses operating urban and extra-urban local public transport scheduled services.
Vehicles owned, rented or leased by: local authorities, the State, public-law bodies, public service companies and bodies (water, gas, electricity, urban sanitation), security institutes, newspaper and TV outlets (bearing markings or emblems that identify them); special-use vehicles used for towing vehicles for service needs.
Electric vehicles, excluding hybrid vehicles (equipped with both combustion and electric propulsion).
Vehicles for transporting disabled persons (art. 188 of the Highway Code) within the ZTL, holding a permit.
Taxis and vehicles of hire-with-driver companies for services within the ZTL.
Vehicles owned or used by residents registered in the ZTL who lack a parking space on private property (resident permit).
Vehicles owned or used by the holder of a parking space on private property within the ZTL.
Vehicles owned or used by residents registered in the ZTL who lack a parking space on private property and do not hold a resident permit (transit).
Vehicles owned by persons occasionally staying in the ZTL who lack a parking space on private property (transit).
Vehicles for loading/unloading goods, heavy or bulky items, perishable goods, transport of valuables or securities, urgent maintenance work.
Trucks with a mass over 3.5 t. for work at building sites or loading/unloading of non-divisible goods.
Vehicles of companies that have been granted a concession for occupation of public land in the ZTL.
Vehicles for public utility services.
Vehicles used for events and ceremonies: weddings, baptisms, funerals and similar.
Vehicles of customers of public garages, repair shops, accommodation facilities located within the ZTL.
Vehicles of temporary street vendors and public-area trading operators for markets or fairs within the ZTL.
Vehicles used for institutional needs of public administrations.
Vehicles of doctors affiliated with the National Health Service and medical/insurance examiners with patients within the ZTL.
Vehicles used during photographic or film shoots (both for transporting equipment and persons involved in the shoot).
Vehicles serving authorized events.
Vehicles for access to the duty pharmacy.
Vehicles for access to the ZTL for unforeseen and extraordinary events.

Acces persoane cu dizabilități

The declaration is mandatory as it constitutes the basis for inclusion on the white list.

Access to the ZTL of Bassano del Grappa is allowed for as long as the authorization held remains valid.

The permit holder is obliged to report any change in the declared details within 10 days of the event occurring.

if the vehicle owner and the permit holder are the same person, the request must be submitted directly by the permit holder, attaching a copy of the permit;
if the vehicle owner and the permit holder are different persons, the request will be submitted by the vehicle owner, attaching a declaration from the permit holder confirming their presence on board the vehicle at the time the offense occurred.

Încărcare / descărcare

The person concerned must produce a self-certified declaration stating the reasons for which access to the ZTL of Bassano del Grappa is requested, possibly attaching suitable documentation and indicating the license plate to be used.

The application must be submitted using the appropriate form.

Having verified that the necessary requirements are met, the ZTL control center of Bassano del Grappa or the different office responsible, issues the authorization valid for the time strictly necessary to carry out the requested activity.

in the afternoon between 14:30 and 16:30.
