For special and occasional needs, access will be permitted only upon specific written request, to vehicles holding a permit issued for duly documented temporary requirements. The following are authorized to travel in the Pedestrian Area of Concorezzo, upon issue of a temporary daily permit:

vehicles used for exceptional operational or logistical needs for maintenance and emergency repairs and for unschedulable road works;
vehicles used by workers responding to an on-call assignment, by maintenance and assistance tradespeople with the relevant Chamber of Commerce (C.C.I.A.A.) certificate for urgent and unpostponable technical/operational interventions;
vehicles used for wedding ceremonies taking place within the Limited Traffic Zone (only the newlyweds' vehicle);
vehicles carrying out house removals within the Pedestrian Area
vehicles of commercial operators taking part in fairs, markets, or events within the Pedestrian Area

Access to the pedestrian zone of Concorezzo is via a checkpoint controlled by a camera located at Via Libertà / intersection with Via S. Marta.

Zero-emission vehicles with dimensions and speed comparable to bicycles may enter the ZTL of Concorezzo.

Access to the pedestrian zone of Concorezzo is permitted only to bicycles and to vehicles serving persons with limited or impaired mobility holding the appropriate permit.

The following exemptions apply:

- zero-emission vehicles with dimensions and speed comparable to bicycles
- vehicles for separate waste collection
- vehicles for mechanical street cleaning
- vehicles of Residents of the Pedestrian Area (who may not, however, park in public areas of the Pedestrian Area). Resident status is acquired by registration in the civil registry of the Municipality of Concorezzo. The right of access to the Pedestrian Area is lost upon deregistration.
- vehicles of doctors with patients in the Pedestrian Area
- vehicles transporting goods to supply businesses located in the Pedestrian Area
- vehicles of private security firms for security services
- vehicles used for funeral transport
- vehicles equipped for forced towing
- vehicles for the transport of valuables with escort
- vehicles of priests and ministers of any faith for the functions of their ministry.

a) Disabled citizen resident in the Municipality of Concorezzo:
The Municipality will send the disabled citizen a notice asking them to declare to the Local Police Office, by fax, letter, telephone, or in person, the plate details of the vehicle associated with them, which will then be authorized to enter the Pedestrian Area; for those who have already declared their details for ZTL access, entry will be registered automatically.
If the disabled citizen needs to use another vehicle with a different plate, they may declare this in advance, or within 48 hours of entering the Pedestrian Area, by fax, letter, telephone, or in person, at the Local Police Command offices, providing their personal details, the plate number, the permit number they hold, and the issuing municipality.
If the disabled citizen is fined for entering the Pedestrian Area with a vehicle not previously registered, the cancellation process will be handled using the usual procedures currently in place.
b) Disabled citizen not resident in the Municipality of Concorezzo:
A disabled citizen who does not reside in the Municipality and needs to enter the Pedestrian Area must declare this in advance, or within 48 hours of entry, by fax, letter, telephone, or in person, at the Local Police Command offices, providing their personal details, the plate number, the permit number they hold, and the issuing municipality.
