The Anagni police command is authorized to issue daily transit and parking permits in the ZTL, in the cases provided for by the regulations, following a simple verbal request.
The Command is also authorized to grant permits in derogation of access bans, in cases of transport of particularly bulky or particularly heavy material, carried out with vehicles with a mass not exceeding 3,500 kg.
The Anagni Local Police Command is also authorized to issue, in all cases of proven necessity, permits — even temporary and possibly renewable — also for situations not covered by the regulations. In the case of medical reasons, appropriate certification must be produced.

Electrically-powered vehicles are exempt from the traffic restrictions on access to the ZTL of Anagni.
Ovlaštene osobe
The following may circulate in the ZTL of Anagni upon issuance of an ordinary permit:
- Residents within the ZTL of Anagni;
- Persons domiciled within the ZTL of Anagni, attaching a rental agreement;
- Guests of accommodation facilities.
Ordinary exemptions for access to the ZTL of Anagni may be granted in the following cases:

The request for a ZTL permit by disabled persons registered as resident in the municipality of Anagni is submitted on plain paper or by email.
Vehicles displaying a disabled permit issued by another municipality are authorized to transit and park in the ZTL of Anagni without displaying any other permit; the driver must communicate by fax or email within 48 hours of the transit the vehicle's license plate together with a copy of their disabled permit.
Disabled persons resident in other municipalities but regular visitors to the ZTL of Anagni may be granted authorizations by submitting a reasoned request to the Anagni Local Police, accompanied by a copy of the disabled permit.
