For certain categories of vehicles, transit within the individual authorized sectors is permitted through the issuance of a daily permit and inclusion in a list of authorized license plates called the "Whitelist", on a temporary basis.
Daily permits will also be issued for trucks with a mass over 3.5 t, with the itinerary indicated and any other requirements at the discretion of the Local Police Command.
