A special temporary transit permit/pass for access to the Gravina di Puglia ZTL may be granted by the Municipal Police Headquarters following a documented request.
In particular, access may be authorized for:
- weddings at locations within the ZTL/APU
- conventions, conferences and various events, or activities carried out for charitable purposes related to their organization;
- transport of bulky materials by private individuals;
- construction and maintenance work on buildings and facilities on behalf of Public Bodies and private parties.

The ban on transit in the Gravina di Puglia ZTL applies to every type of vehicle, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless expressly authorized.
Electric vehicles may be authorized to enter the Limited Traffic Zone.
