As for Corso della Libertà and via Trieste, these will be permanently open to traffic from 07:00 to 12:00 and from 18:00 to 21:00 (for everyone), and from 12:00 to 18:00 and from 21:00 to 07:00 only for permit holders.

For occasional access to the Mantova ZTL, the Municipality of Mantova provides for the issuance of temporary authorizations, which allow access and parking in the ZTL for a maximum period normally of 2 hours, except in exceptional cases, issued by A.S.Ci (Agenzia Servizi al Cittadino, via Gandolfo, no.11).

For special needs, it is recommended to contact the Mantova municipal police.

The authorization must be filled out in duplicate, one copy to be given to the applicant and one to be kept on file at the office.

The rates should be as follows:

Euro 2.6 for a temporary PASS for access and parking limited to 30 minutes.
Multiples of Euro 2.6 for each half hour up to a normal maximum of 2 hours.

This authorization is not issued on Thursday mornings for the areas affected by the weekly market.

There are also daily permits with a validity period not exceeding 30 days, for which the following rates are set:

Euro 0.5 per day for residents of the Municipality of Mantova
Euro 2.5 per day for non-residents of the Municipality of Mantova

The above-mentioned permits are issued upon written and justified request, to be submitted to A.S.Ci (Agenzia Servizi al Cittadino, via Gandolfo, no.11)

Bicycles, electric vehicles and mopeds can access the Mantova ZTL without a permit, except on via Roma - c.so Umberto I - via Calvi (from via Buozzi to p.zza Marconi) - piazza Marconi - piazza Concordia - via Giustiziati - via Ardigò (from via Giustiziati to p.zza Dante) - via Broletto - piazza Broletto - piazza Erbe - piazza Mantegna - via Verdi - v.lo Longino - via Galana - v.lo Portichetto - via Nievo (from via Verdi to via Oberdan), where they are not allowed.
