There is no distinction between types of authorized vehicles: mopeds may enter the Grosseto ZTL even without authorization, while transit is prohibited in the pedestrian zone.

The following are authorized to enter the Grosseto ZTL:
Dostop za invalide
Vehicles serving people with disabilities and significantly reduced mobility who hold the special permit under D.P.R. 24.7.1996 no. 503 may enter the Grosseto ZTL and must request the permit from the municipal police command using the appropriate form; since this permit also allows access to the limited traffic zone and urban pedestrian areas, the holder of this authorization cannot also hold a ZTL authorization.
For occasional access, it is recommended to contact the municipal police command.
