Users with proven and documented contingent and temporary needs, assessed on a case-by-case basis by the Head of the Local Police Department, may obtain authorizations to access the ZTL of Como for the time necessary to carry out the documented activities.

Pooblaščeni subjekti
Access to the limited traffic zones of Como is always allowed through a permit, for the following categories of vehicles (please note that particular access rules apply to each of them, to be consulted on the Como municipality website):
- Residents, and non-residents, holders of a parking space
- Residents without a parking space
- Commercial Agents
- Persons with limited or no motor capacity
- Vehicles with a fully-loaded mass not exceeding 5 t. used for supplying public and commercial establishments with an internal combustion engine
- Guests of accommodation facilities
- Doctors
- Staff belonging to associations or volunteer organizations operating in care services whose assisted persons reside in the ZTL of Como
- Vehicles used for the transport of valuables, perishable goods and home delivery of basic necessities
- Vehicles belonging to the Public Administration used for institutional purposes
- Emergency response
- Cleaning companies
- Media operators
- Construction work
- Postal services
- Users not included in the previous categories
The following categories of vehicles are exempt from the obligation to request authorization for access to the ZTL of Como:
Nakladanje / razkladanje
This regulation applies exclusively to vehicles with a fully-loaded mass not exceeding 3.5 t.
