A temporary transit permit/pass for access to the ZTL of Abano Terme may be granted by the Municipal Police Command upon documented request, for the following reasons:
- loading/unloading of personal belongings to be carried out with vehicles other than those authorized,
- accompanying patients for outpatient medical examinations,
- transport of elderly people or people with mobility difficulties,
- setting up/organizing events authorized by the competent authorities.

Dovoljena vozila
The transit ban in the ZTL of Abano Terme applies to every type of vehicle, and therefore mopeds and motorcycles may not enter unless expressly authorized.
Pooblaščeni subjekti
The following types of people may be authorized to transit and stop in the ZTL of Abano Terme:
Nakladanje / razkladanje
- from 07:30 to 10:30 and from 14:00 to 16:00 on every working day;
- from 07:30 to 10:30 on every holiday.
- O: trailers (including semi-trailers);
- O1: trailers with a maximum mass not exceeding 0.75 t;
- O2: trailers with a maximum mass exceeding 0.75 t but not exceeding 3.5 t;
- O3: trailers with a maximum mass exceeding 3.5 t but not exceeding 10 t;
- O4: trailers with a maximum mass exceeding 10 t.
