Harmonogram

The Potenza ZTL is suspended until 13 July 2015

Before the suspension, the Potenza ZTL operated every day from 00:00 to 24:00.

- Monday to Friday from 13:00 - 01:00 (the following day);
- Saturday 11:00 - 01:00 (the following day);
- Sunday and public holidays from 06:00 - 01:00 (the following day).

Monday to Friday from 13:00 - 01:00 (the following day);
Saturday 11:00 - 01:00 (the following day);
Sunday and public holidays from 06:00 - 01:00 (the following day).

Transit and parking in the Potenza ZTL are permitted according to the conditions shown from time to time on the permit.

The permit is issued, subject to payment of administrative fees and stamp duty (points d, e, l), where due, for:

a) loading/unloading of heavy or bulky items, perishable goods;

b) transport of persons with a temporary mobility impairment;

c) sales representatives with heavy or bulky sample cases;

d) trucks with a mass over 3.5 t for work at building sites or loading/unloading;

f) access to a private parking space temporarily available to the applicant;

g) temporary public utility services;

h) events and ceremonies;

i) accompanying children to nursery, pre-school and primary schools;

j) customers of garages, repair shops, and accommodation facilities located inside the ZTL;

k) casual street vendors for markets inside the ZTL;

l) temporary fulfilment of the requirements for issuance of permanent permits;

The Potenza ZTL is also monitored by 3 automatic mobile bollards positioned at:

Via Caporella (int. Via del Popolo);
Via Scafarelli, at the entrance to Largo Duomo;
C.so XVIII Agosto 1860, near the intersection with via Bonaventura.

The pedestrian area inside the Potenza ZTL is also monitored by 2 automatic mobile bollards positioned at:

Via Orazio Petruccelli;
Via Battisti, behind the Bank of Italy building, corner of via Due Torri.

Oprávnené subjekty

Transit and parking inside the Potenza ZTL are permitted, as an exception to the ban, through permanent entry into a list of authorized plates called the "white list A" held at the Potenza ZTL Control Centre, upon request submitted by interested parties to the Municipal Police Command, for:

Holders of a parking space on private land inside the ZTL.
Residents registered in the ZTL without a parking space on private land
Craft businesses and similar undertakings for urgent maintenance work
Retailers holding economic activities located inside the ZTL
Operators of economic activities with particular needs or of public interest
Doctors on urgent home visits
Users of private vehicles in service of institutions, public administrations, or for public utility services
Vehicles serving accommodation facilities in the ZTL
Press - journalists of local newspapers and broadcasters
Holders of a parking space located in particular areas bordering the ZTL.
