All public holidays from 07:00 to 06:00 the following day.

During the summer period (16 June 2014 - 16 September 2014) the ZTL was active every day from 21:00 to 06:00.

The Dante Alighieri ZTL, applying to all vehicles over 7m in length, is active every day, 24 hours a day.

If access to the ZTL is needed, a written notice or request must be submitted to the Local Police Command, accompanied where possible by documentation proving the need or particular circumstance.

This procedure applies to all the categories listed below:

c) Vehicles used for weddings or funerals taking place inside the ZTL;

d) Vehicles that need to carry out house moves or transport of special goods inside the ZTL;
e) Vehicles of commercial operators taking part in markets, fairs or events inside the ZTL;

f) Vehicles heading to healthcare facilities for urgent medical needs (to be substantiated afterwards with suitable documentation);

h) Cars in service of persons with disabilities under Article 188(1) of Legislative Decree No. 285 of 30/04/92 "New Highway Code" and blind persons in accordance with Article 12 "Special Permit" of Presidential Decree No. 503 of 24/07/96, limited to cases of use of a vehicle other than those previously notified;

i) Vehicles of doctors and veterinarians not covered under point i) paragraph 1 of the permanent permits, for cases of urgent visits to be substantiated afterwards.

In the historic centre ZTL of Mirano, covering the whole historic centre of Mirano, mopeds without authorization are not allowed.

In the Via Dante Alighieri ZTL, all vehicles over 7 m in length may not access.

In the ZTL covering the whole historic centre of Mirano, mopeds without authorization are not allowed.

Vehicles used for institutional duties by Public Administrations, including the Judiciary, by Local and Provincial Police Corps and Services, by Police Forces, by the Fire Brigade, by the Armed Forces, and by the Diplomatic Corps bearing C.D. (Corps Diplomatique) or C.C. (Corps Consulaire) registration plates;
Emergency response vehicles;
Vehicles duly authorized to access the ZTL

The following are among the vehicles that may be granted permanent authorization:

Vehicles owned or used exclusively by residents registered and domiciled with access to private areas or garages;
Vehicles owned by frontage property owners or subcontracting firms with justified need to access the ZTL;
Vehicles equipped for towing;
Vehicles belonging to owners of commercial businesses with their registered office inside the ZTL;
Vehicles of craft businesses or similar undertakings that need to operate inside the ZTL (building/road works, etc.) with a request for daily access or access valid for several days for proven work needs;
Vehicles that need to carry out transport of goods or house moves inside the ZTL;
Vehicles for the transport of valuables inside the ZTL;
Vehicles used for the transport, collection or delivery of meals for canteens or communities and to private homes;
Vehicles that need to access the ZTL for justified reasons.

Prístup pre osoby so zdravotným postihnutím

Vehicles used for the transport of persons with disabilities under Article 188(1) of Legislative Decree No. 285 of 30/04/92 "New Highway Code" and blind persons in accordance with Article 12 "Special Permit" of Presidential Decree No. 503 of 24/07/96, fitted with the appropriate permit issued by the Municipality of residence, may enter after notifying the plate numbers of up to two vehicles usable on an ordinary basis.

Where it is not possible to submit the request in advance, due to proven urgency or other documentable reasons, it will be possible to notify within 48 hours following the day of the transit, by sending the appropriate self-certification by fax or email to the Local Police Office.
