• Emergency medical vehicles (use form AZ-PS), doctors on home visits and rapid response, and healthcare professionals (use form ME);
• Vehicles registered to private security companies;
• Rental vehicles without a driver, limited to delivery of the vehicle by the rental company to accommodation facilities;
• Shuttle buses of the Ischia thermal baths and Ischia accommodation facilities authorized to transport their own guests;
• Vehicles of public bodies and public service companies or concessionaires of public services for local interventions, provided they carry markings or emblems that make them identifiable (Enel Telecom, Cisi, Evi, Ischiagas, Postal Service, Ischia Ambiente Spa, etc.);
• Vehicles of Diocesan Curia officials and their vicars.
