The Stampace Alto ZTL is in force Monday to Sunday from 21:00 to 9:00 and from 15:30 to 17:00.

The Stampace Basso ZTL is in force on public holidays and weekdays from 7:30 to 10:30 and from 15:30 to 17:00.

The Castello ZTL is in force Monday to Sunday from 24:00 to 9:00

The Marina ZTL is in force Monday to Sunday from 21:00 to 07:00 and from 15:30 to 17:00

The Poetto ZTL is in force on weekdays, days before public holidays and public holidays from 21:00 to 6:00.

The Villanova ZTL is in force Monday to Sunday from 21:00 to 07:00 and from 15:30 to 17:00

Access and parking in the Z.T.L. of Cagliari are permitted for bicycles, mopeds, animal-drawn vehicles and vehicles authorized by the responsible municipal offices.

Holders of disabled permits who need frequent access to the Z.T.L. of Cagliari must submit a request on plain paper, indicating the license plate and type of the vehicles most frequently used and the number of the disabled permit in their possession, for entry of the data and the consequent permanent validation of the vehicles in the control system, on a whitelist, without issuance of a pass.
Up to a maximum of three vehicles may be validated, but only the vehicle displaying the disabled permit may transit and park.
If a different vehicle is used, the holder must give notice in good time, to allow the data to be updated.
In the case of occasional access, temporary validation of the license plate will be possible, upon specific request to the Z.T.L. office, with reference to the day and time of access.
Upon request of the interested party, a transponder may be issued for a fee, which may be used alternately on any vehicle displaying the disabled permit, without any other formality.
In cases of urgency, holders of a disabled pass may nevertheless access with any vehicle without prior validation request, provided they submit to the Local Police Command, within seven days, the supporting documentation for the transit, which, if deemed valid, will immediately suspend the fine issuance procedure. In case of failure to provide justification, the fine procedure will be initiated in accordance with the rules of the Highway Code.
