The Municipal Police of Seregno issue temporary permits for access to the ZTL of Seregno in the following cases:
- Escorts of schoolchildren
- Night-time escort of residents or those domiciled locally
- Babysitting services, domestic helpers and similar;
- Temporary events;

Veículos autorizados
The access ban to the ZTL of Seregno applies to all vehicles, and therefore motorcycles and mopeds may not enter without a permit.

The authorizations issued by the Municipal Police Command that allow access to the ZTL of Seregno are the following:
- Residents of the ZTL of Seregno;
- Those domiciled in the ZTL according to civil registry records;
- Operators or employees of businesses with private parking spaces available;
- Owners of real estate in the ZTL of Seregno;
