The following may request a temporary access permit for the ZTL of Ancona, for those who, due to contingent reasons, need to transit and park in the Z.T.L. in the following cases:
- a) conferences, meetings and various events or activities carried out for charitable purposes related to their associated procedures;
- b) transport of bulky materials by private individuals;
- c) home medical therapies, duly documented, at properties located inside the Z.T.L.:
- d) various set-up operations
- e) occasional exhibitions and markets
- f) occasional maintenance work on buildings and facilities on behalf of Public Bodies and private individuals
- g) small craft work (gardening/small masonry work etc.)
- h) house removals (trucks up to 35 quintals)
- i) weddings, limited to the plate of the newlyweds' car and relatives up to a maximum of 4 vehicles in total.
- j) funerals, limited to the plates of relatives up to a maximum of 4 vehicles in total
- k) other special cases submitted from time to time to the attention of the Service Manager.

The ban on access to the ZTL of Ancona applies to all types of vehicles, therefore motor vehicles and mopeds cannot access unless expressly authorized.

Permanent access permits for the ZTL of Ancona "CS P.ZA PLEBISCITO" are issued for the following reasons:
Carga / descarga
- Municipal Administration and other Public Bodies
- Police Forces and Local Police
- Ambulances and rescue vehicles
- Funeral companies - limited to transport of the deceased
- Taxis and chauffeur-driven hire
- Companies/Firms supplying, providing and maintaining public necessity services
- AUSL Services and Volunteer Associations providing home care
- Doctors duly registered with the Professional Order and practicing as general practitioners in the municipality of Ancona in order to carry out urgent home visits to patients 9. Security companies.
