Harmonogram
The Toirano ZTL is active every day, 24 hours a day.
From 08:00 to 09:30 transit throughout the Toirano ZTL is free and all categories of vehicles can access without needing a permit.

Provisional permits for access to the Toirano ZTL may be issued by the Municipal Police, for proven needs, upon presentation of a self-certification declaration attesting to the circumstances justifying the need to obtain the permit in question.
The application may be made in relation to:
- short-term craft work;
- occupation of public land requiring access for work vehicles;
- collection of goods by private individuals from commercial establishments;
- weddings, ceremonies in general;
- events;
- justified needs.

Dozwolone pojazdy
The ban on transit in the Toirano ZTL applies to every type of vehicle, therefore mopeds and motorcycles cannot enter unless expressly authorized.
