Frascati ZTL

The Frascati ZTL is active all year round from 8:00 PM on the day before a holiday until 24:00 on the holiday.

• Via Diaz corner Via V. del Grande,
• Corso Italia.

The ban on access to the Frascati ZTL applies to all types of vehicles, so motorcycles and mopeds may not access unless expressly authorized.

The following may access the Frascati ZTL:

• Residents within the Frascati ZTL
• holders of boxes, garages and lock-ups located within the ZTL
• family members and/or persons designated in writing by residents in the ZTL who need assistance due to being non-self-sufficient or affected by serious conditions

Disabled persons holding a valid permit under D.P.R. 16.12.92 no.495 art.381, paragraphs 2 and 3, D.P.R. 503/96 art.12 paragraph 3 may access the Frascati ZTL.
Persons holding such a valid permit are entitled to stop in paid parking spaces in any sector; disabled permit holders resident in the Municipality of Frascati must report the plate numbers of the vehicles habitually used for their travel (maximum two).
In case of access without a specific permit, a specific notice may be submitted to the Municipal Police Command, accompanied by documentation proving the right of access, within 72 hours of access, in order to regularize the entry made without incurring penalties.

Loading and unloading activities for businesses located within the Frascati ZTL may be carried out during the ZTL's inactive hours
