Chieti ZTL

• Corso Marrucino (ZTL B3) is freely passable only from 05:00 to 08:00 and from 15:00 to 16:00
• via Toppi (ZTL A) and via de Lollis (ZTL B2): free access is allowed from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
• ZTL B4 (via Vitocolonna), C (via De Attiliis) and D (via Ravizza): free access is allowed from 06:00 to 09:00 and from 16:00 to 18:00.

The following may access the Chieti ZTL without needing authorization:

• Bicycles
• Mopeds (50 cc)

The following are authorized to access the Chieti ZTL without needing a permit:

Cars registered to holders of disability status may access the Chieti ZTL.

The permit may be issued for the car registered to the caregiver of the disabled person, if the disabled person does not own their own car.

Alternatively, upon request of the interested party, a single permit may be issued jointly registered to both cars (the applicant's and the caregiver's) if both own a car.

Vehicles displaying a disabled permit issued by other Italian or foreign municipalities in accordance with applicable regulations are authorized to transit and park in the ZTL without displaying other permits; the driver must report the vehicle's license plate to the permits office by fax or email prior to the transit or, at the latest, within 72 hours of it, together with a copy of their own disabled permit.
