The ZTL of Troia is active on:
- WEEKDAYS:
- from 11:00 to 14:00
- from 18:00 to 05:00 the following day;
- PUBLIC HOLIDAYS: 00:00 – 24:00.

The Local Police Command may, following a documented request, grant a special temporary transit permit/pass for access to the ZTL of Troia.
In particular, exemptions are provided for:
Kamerák helye
Access to the ZTL of Troia is controlled by a camera located on via Regina Margherita, at the intersection with Piazza Martiri d'Ungheria.
The ZTL is protected by two retractable mobile bollards positioned at:
- via San Benedetto, house number 6-8,
- via Parente, intersection with Piazza Tommaso Passero.
Behajtásra jogosult járművek
The ban on transit in the ZTL of Troia applies to every type of vehicle, therefore mopeds and motor vehicles cannot access unless expressly authorized.
Jogosultak köre
In addition to the categories provided for by law, the following types may be authorized to transit and park in the ZTL of Troia:
- Holder of a parking space on private property within the ZTL
- Registered residents in the ZTL
- Craft and similar businesses for maintenance work
- Commercial operators owning business activities located within the ZTL
- Operators of business activities with special needs or of public interest
- Doctors on urgent home visits
- Users of private vehicles serving bodies, public administrations or services
