Időbeosztás

The ZTL and the Pedestrian Area, with the exception of the ZTL Lungomare, are active every day of the year, 24 hours a day.

The Lungomare ZTL of Milano Marittima is seasonal and is active 24 hours a day on the following days:

  • from 20 June to 30 September on Saturdays and Sundays
  • from 1 August to 31 August every day

Vehicles that, for a limited time or for real and proven objective needs, must access the historic centre and the streets subject to traffic restrictions, in order to carry out activities, services, assistance and the like that could not otherwise be performed, may, to be assessed case by case, be authorized to enter by the Head of the Local Police Service.

Behajtásra jogosult járművek

There is no differentiation by vehicle type as regards the ZTL established by the Municipality of Cervia.

As regards motorcycles, electric-powered ones may enter, while those with a combustion engine are not authorized.

Jogosultak köre

The following categories of vehicles may freely access the ZTL upon reporting their plates for entry into the ARGO electronic system:

- Vehicles of the State's armed corps, Police, Carabinieri, Guardia di Finanza, Prison Police, State Forestry Corps, Municipal and Provincial Police Corps, Fire Brigade:
- Vehicles used for rescue and Civil Protection;
- Machines for street sweeping and waste collection;
- Vehicles used for funeral services;
- Vehicles serving disabled persons, holding the relevant permit;
- Vehicles used for valuables transport;
- Vehicles used for towing services under agreement with the Municipality of Cervia;
- Electric mopeds;
- Taxis, chauffeur-driven hire vehicles (NCC), and vehicles in public transport service.

Access to the APU (Corso G. Mazzini in the stretch within the block bounded by Via XX Settembre - Piazza Garibaldi) is permitted ONLY to the following categories of vehicles:

  • pedestrians and cyclists
  • electric mopeds
  • vehicles serving disabled persons holding the relevant permit only for proven needs
  • vehicles on emergency service
  • vehicles holding an R or TM permit, only if resident, staying, or having a business within the APU, from 07:00 to 09:00 for 30 minutes for loading/unloading activities
  • vehicles holding an S permit, only for proven needs
  • vehicles holding a DAILY permit with an exemption expressly granted by the Municipal Police Corps and indicated on the permit itself
  • for wedding celebrations: the newlyweds' vehicle holding the relevant DAILY permit for the duration of the ceremony only
  • for funeral celebrations: vehicles following funeral processions (max 2 vehicles) holding the relevant DAILY permit for the duration of the ceremony only

Mozgáskorlátozottak behajtása

Holders of the relevant disabled parking permit may report up to two plates of the vehicles they habitually use, which will be automatically recognized by Argo. Any occasional transit with a vehicle other than those previously reported must be promptly reported to the Municipal Police Corps within 5 days of the transit.
NOTE: Please remember that access to the ZTL is permitted only if the permit holder is on board the vehicle: any abuse will be prosecuted under the law.
