For any need to access the Vicenza ZTL for exceptional or occasional reasons, it is recommended to contact the mobility offices or the Vicenza municipal police.

The access ban to the Vicenza ZTL applies to all vehicles, and therefore motor vehicles and mopeds cannot access unless expressly authorized.

To access the counter, citizens must obtain a sequential numeric ticket from the queue display in the public waiting room (Palazzo degli Uffici lobby), until available slots run out. Citizens who have made an online booking for the service do not need to obtain a ticket, as they access the counter with their booking number.
- Monday from 8:30 to 12:30, access without booking
- Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:30 to 12:30, by appointment only, to be booked online
- Wednesday from 10:00 to 14:00, by appointment only, to be booked online
- Tuesday and Thursday from 16:30 to 18:00, by appointment only, to be booked online

Temporary access permits may be requested from the aforementioned company.
Anyone needing a temporary permit for loading/unloading of goods that cannot be transported via the company Vicenza Logistic City Center srl (maximum validity of 48 hours) must:
A: if the vehicle has a gross laden weight (m.p.c.) of less than 7.5t, request a permit indicating the license plate number, valid for a maximum of 24 hours, by going to the Local Police Command or requesting it from a Local Police officer present in the Vicenza municipal territory, upon payment of the applicable stamp duty;
B: if the vehicle has a gross laden weight (m.p.c.) of more than 7.5t, request a permit indicating the license plate number, valid for a maximum of 48 hours, by going to the Local Police Command with 2 revenue stamps for an amount equal to the applicable stamp duty.
