Terlizzi ZTL

The ZTL of Terlizzi is active:

• from 1 April to 31 October
  • on weekdays and public holidays from 20:00 to 22:00
  • on public holidays from 10:00 to 13:00

• from 1 November to 30 March
  • on weekdays and public holidays from 20:00 to 21:30
  • on public holidays from 10:00 to 13:00

• Corso Dante
• via Gorizia

The access ban to the ZTL of Terlizzi applies to all vehicles, so motorcycles and mopeds may not enter without a permit.

The following categories of vehicles are exempt from the ban on the ZTL of Terlizzi, with no time restrictions:

• bicycles and hand-drawn vehicles
• vehicles used for religious and funeral services
• vehicles for taxi rank services
• vehicles serving public bodies engaged in carrying out a public service
• vehicles serving doctors, equipped with a valid permit, on home visits
• vehicles displayed for advertising purposes
• vehicles used for emergency or civil protection services, of the State Police, the Carabinieri, the Financial Police, the Fire Brigade and the State Forestry Corps;
• emergency and rescue vehicles;
• vehicles in Civil Protection service;
• vehicles engaged in street cleaning services
• vehicles serving Ministries, Bodies, Companies, Institutions, Broadcasting Agencies, even foreign ones
• vehicles used for transporting food or fuel
• vehicles serving persons with reduced mobility, equipped with an appropriate permit;
• vehicles of security firms;
• Vehicles serving persons with reduced mobility, equipped with an appropriate permit.

The following may apply for authorization to access the ZTL of Terlizzi:

• Households resident inside the ZTL
• owners of motorcycles and mopeds resident inside the ZTL
• Households temporarily residing inside the ZTL
• Holders of premises inside the ZTL, i.e. commercial activities, workshops, craft businesses, public establishments and similar activities
• Owners of craft businesses
• relatives of persons resident in the ZTL without a driving licence and affected by conditions that seriously impair their mobility

Vehicles serving persons with reduced mobility, equipped with an appropriate permit, are exempt with no time restrictions from the transit ban in the ZTL of Terlizzi and may park in designated spaces or outside them, provided no danger or obstruction to traffic is created.
