For all vehicles of non-residents who may need to transit and/or park within the ZTL of Ivrea, the Municipal Police command - offices located on the ground floor - Palazzo del Municipio - P.za Città, will issue daily or temporary permits (for weddings, house removals, funerals), upon completion of the appropriate request. For maintenance work, transit and parking requests will only be issued for trucks.

- Residents and domiciled persons within the ZTL of Ivrea,
- Owners of business activities within the ZTL of Ivrea

Persons with disabilities and invalids may request inclusion in the electronic archive that manages traffic in the ZTL of Ivrea's center by filling out and submitting a specific form available at the Municipal Police Offices or found at the bottom of this page. Unlike residents, no pass will be issued: the vehicle's plate number will simply be entered into the database and enabled for transit and parking in the ZTL.
If a vehicle with a valid permit certifying its use by disabled persons and/or invalids enters the ZTL without being registered in the Municipality's database, the plate number can be reported to the Toll-Free Number 800 585859, and will have 3 days to go to the Urban Police command to fill out the appropriate declaration of transit on the indicated date. It will be necessary to submit a photocopy of the identity card and a photocopy of the authorization for circulation and parking of vehicles serving disabled persons.
It is possible to request the inclusion of two plates for each disability permit.
